What We're Seeing:

The first 3 quarters of 2024 have been characterized by steady, positive, and optimistic growth through throughout the majority of the software market. Organizations are seeing clear signals of a bullish market and are becoming less cautious in their capital expenditure and more eager to scale their teams.

Pressures from the macro-economic, financing, and geo-political spheres are shrinking and the ‘uncertainty’ that has given many CEOs pause in the last 18-24 months is being significantly reduced. Frankly, it’s been a great quarter.

The signs of this are clear in the talent market. Over just the last quarter, we have seen significant shifts in key statistics from our clients: increases in interview speed, decrease in interview stakeholders, increase in multi-hire projects, higher openness to transferable non-direct skillsets, etc. All of this is fueled by strength in GTM-Success metrics: higher quota attainments, shorted deal cycles, stronger inbound funnels, and a general higher propensity to buy coming from their clientele.

And the most obvious signal - an increase in our current GTM search job load by nearly 250% from quarter to quarter.

Needless to say, bright days are on the way and I'm extremely bullish about what market 2025 has to hold.
