GSTN Defers Time Limit on Reporting Old E-Invoices
The GSTN has issued an advisory dated May 06, 2023, regarding the deferment of the implementation of the time limit on reporting old e-invoices. As per the advisory, the competent authority has decided to defer the imposition of the time limit of 7 days on reporting old e-invoices on the e-invoice IRP portals for taxpayers with an aggregate turnover of greater than or equal to 100 crores by three months.
