Last date of submitting applications under MEIS, ROSCTL, ROSL etc. is further extended: Notification
The last date of submitting online applications under MEIS (for export made in the period 1.4.2020 to 31.12.2020) and 2% additional ad hoc incentive (for export made in the period 1.1.2020 to 31.3.2020) is further extended till April 30, 2022.
Also, the last date for submitting online applications under ROSCTL (for exports made in the period 7.3.2019 to 31.12.2020) and ROSL (for exports made up to 6.3.2019) is also extended till March 15, 2022. In this regard, the Government has issued notification.
In order to recover the tax, the bank accounts of taxpayers are attached by the officers under Section 46A of VAT Act and 83 of GST Act. In the normal course, the manual letters are signed and issued to the Bank Managers. ? ? ? ? ?
Now, the Delhi Government has issued Standard Operating Procedure to streamline the process of freezing and de-freezing of bank accounts under GST and VAT Act. In order to ensure the compliance of bank attachment letters, the procedure has been prescribed and utility has been developed in the DVAT module.
