Find Contract Opportunities

Visit?SAM.gov?to search for lease contract opportunities in your area.?To begin your search, choose “Contract Opportunities” from the “Select Domain” menu on the SAM home page. Then, type a city or keyword in the search box. Next, click the magnifying glass button.

Once the search results are displayed, you can further refine the results using the filters on the left. The NAICS filter, which is under the section titled “Product or Service Information,” is especially helpful. Use NAICS code 531120 for lessors of nonresidential buildings.

Once you’ve completed your search, you’ll notice that each advertisement contains detailed instructions on how to properly express interest and how to offer space. Keep in mind, SAM displays contract opportunities from all federal agencies, but AAAP and RSAP are online tools used for GSA lease procurements only.
