Get Ready to Use RSAP?

The Requirement Specific Acquisition Platform (RSAP) is the latest addition to GSA’s online leasing tools and it’s changing the way GSA does business. RSAP collects offers for a specific requirement using a streamlined, online workflow and it results in a single lease award. RSAP is different from AAAP because RSAP follows the traditional lease procurement process — which allows for negotiation and multiple iterations of offers.

Find Contract Opportunities

Visit?SAM.gov?to search for lease contract opportunities in your area. Each advertisement contains detailed instructions on how to properly express interest and how to offer space. SAM displays contract opportunities from all federal agencies, but AAAP and RSAP are used for GSA lease procurements only.?

When searching, be sure to select “Contract Opportunities” when selecting the domain on the home page. You can type a city or other keywords in the search box to narrow the search results. Once the search results are displayed, you can further refine the results using the filters on the left. The NAICS filter, which is under the section titled Product or Service Information, is especially helpful. Use NAICS code 531120 for Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings.
