 Organizational Development (OD) Interventions are structured program designed to solve a problem, thus enabling an organization to achieve the goal. These intervention activities are designed to improve the organization's functioning and enable managers and leaders to better manage their team and organization cultures

The objectives of OD are:

·      to increase the level of inter-personal trust among employees.

·      to increase employees' level of satisfaction and commitment.

·      to confront problems instead of neglecting them.

·      to effectively manage conflict.

·      to increase cooperation and collaboration among employees.

Steps in OD InterventionsOrganizational Development (OD) is a process of making an organization more efficient in achieving its desired goals. The purpose ofOD interventions is to enhance productivity, performance or behaviors via a set of organized individual and team activities

 The organizational development (ODmanager position acts as organizational development liaison and adviser to the organization's leadership and facilitates the organization's initiatives across the organization. The OD manager plans, develops, implements and administers HR programs for company employees
