As 2024 draws to a close, I’ve been reflecting on what has been an extraordinary year—a year of expansion, transformation, and unexpected lessons.

From launching new ventures to navigating the rapidly changing landscape of AI and workforce enablement, every moment has reaffirmed a belief I hold close: our greatest opportunities lie in the spaces where innovation meets humanity.

Whether it’s reconnecting with fellow Ukrainians who share my roots, rallying around new opportunities in Miami, or working with founders at Elev8or Lab , one thing is clear—none of us thrive alone.

This year, I’ve leaned into unconventional thinking, whether that’s brainstorming with my daughter on her big ideas or exploring how AI reshapes industries. Creativity thrives when we leave room for messiness, when we challenge norms, and when we ask questions no one else is asking.

From AI redefining professions to small moments of inspiration (like decorating an Airbnb!), I’ve realized that growth isn’t linear—it’s a mosaic of bold experiments and unexpected insights.
