Our organization, based on ITIL principles, is an IT engineering service center with all operational maturities present in Portugal. We manage data center infrastructures, providing excellent services from within our country, supported by a diverse and highly skilled team.

When they encounter an issue beyond their ability to solve, the incident is escalated to Level 2. At this level, employees have more experience and autonomy and work regular hours.
Finally, we have our specialists, highly qualified professionals with extensive experience and international certifications. They are responsible for handling the most complex issues, ensuring that processes and procedures are in place, and driving continuous improvements and shift-left strategies. This guarantees the smooth operation of the data centers and, consequently, the continuity of the services provided to our clients.
