Including entrepreneurship, peak performance in business and life, hearing stories and strategies from inspiring leaders who are conquering both professional and personal mastery.
They start by talking about how having a morning routine can pave the way to a productive day. Brett argues that is not just about waking up before 6 am. Instead, it is about being with yourself and clearing the mind early in the morning. This allows you to respond, and not react to daily matters. A morning routine should include meditation, journaling, and exercise to be more productive during the day, succeed in life, and improve your work-life balance.?

A setback or an opportunity?
Aaron talks about a moment in his life that taught him a life-changing lesson. Before becoming a successful podcast host and business mentor, he and his family had a major setback. An external factor, out of Aaron’s control, took over his professional life and took everything away from him. At this point, he decided to be grateful for what he had, rather than dwell on what he did not have. And one day, while flying to a new country, he meditated, looked inward, and found an opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives.?
