Many studies have indicated that people with a growth mindset are more likely to learn from their mistakes and reach higher levels of learning performance and achievement compared to people with a fixed mindset.
Employees with growth mindset will leverage on their strengths to improve as they know that they can do better. They do not give up, feel down or stuck.
Researches also stated that employee growth mindset contributes to improved employee engagement , task performance, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behaviour. It is interesting to highlight that employees with a growth mindset do not worry about making mistakes and are good at addressing issues.
Ultimately, employees become happy and feel less stress at work. They will take their day one day at a time and feel good about challenging themselves.
