Traditionally, people fall into two categories: those who live with fixed or growth mindsets. The attitude of the mindset we have determines almost everything in our lives: achievements in career and business, relationships with people, and the ability to self-realization.?
The fixed mindset programs us for stagnation. A growth mindset paves the way for successful careers and healthy relationships. Infographics below will help you determine your attitude in different areas of life and change it.
Many of us believe that nature endows people with a certain amount of intelligence and talent. Due to this belief, each situation is evaluated from the position: “Will I seem smart or stupid? Will I be accepted or rejected? If a person believes that he/she cannot change anything in his/her innate "settings", any trouble will unsettle him/her.?

People with a growth mindset perceive their intelligence and abilities differently. For them, these are not “cards” that fell during the “distribution” and with which they now have to live. They understand that what is given to us from birth is the starting point for development.?The setting is the only thing we have to change in life to change anything later. The idea of a growth mindset was introduced by Carol Dweck.
