As the year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting not just on the milestones we’ve achieved but on the impact those milestones represent. Growth is not just about numbers or accolades; it’s about the stories, the transformations, and the legacies we leave behind.

This year, both personally and through Tritek Academy, we’ve celebrated extraordinary growth. But what inspires me most is knowing that this is only the beginning.

What Growth Really Means

Growth is often perceived as a series of wins, promotions, or accolades. But in my experience, true growth lies in the moments we stretch beyond what we thought possible.

This year, Tritek Consulting celebrated being named one of the Top 20 Black-Owned Businesses in the UK; a recognition that honors not just our business success but the thousands of lives we’ve impacted. From helping over 1,000 individuals transition into tech careers to launching the Tritek Digital Library, our focus has always been on creating opportunities where there were none.

But growth isn’t just about what we’ve done; it’s about the seeds we’ve planted for the future. The programmes we’ve introduced, the partnerships we’ve forged, and the communities we’ve empowered will continue to bear fruit long after the year ends.

For me, growth is deeply personal. It’s about constantly stepping into new challenges, whether that’s starting as a banker, thriving as a project manager, or leading a global EdTech organisation. Each chapter has taught me that growth is a choice; a deliberate decision to embrace discomfort and move forward, even when the path is unclear.
