Rapid growth. One one hand it generates a feeling of future being fantastic, potential, plenty of stuff to do, but on the other it also generates a little bit of anxiety due to the fact that structure, communication, effectiveness, results and people have to be managed correctly!

I have worked in the past in Agile & Automation projects, helping companies scale their operations, and it has come to my attention that leadership has to be prepared, and sometimes more than attitude is needed.
