Is growth a grind? Succession a struggle? Here’s a simple fix…

By definition, you can’t reach the next level of success without breaking free of this one. Growth requires discomfort. From butterflies to flowers, nature shows us that a breakdown always precedes the breakthroughs. This 'creative destruction' is necessary for something better to emerge.

Achieving new success levels means we must impose creative destruction on ourselves and our practices. You can start by getting curious about the issues you're facing.

If you’re in the growth phase, ask yourself:

  • Are you growing at the rate you want?
  • Is your pipeline filled with ideal prospects?
  • Is your closing rate over 70%?
  • Is your website a conversion engine or just decoration?
  • Is growth dependent on you?

If you’re in the succession stage, consider:

  • Do you have a defined, documented plan?
  • Have you clarified deal terms, compensation, and roles?
  • Do you know what gaps your successor needs to fill?
  • Do you have a plan for filling them?

Growth and succession are important areas to get curious and use creative destruction to succeed. But there are others. Where is your practice uncomfortable this week? What needs attention?

Asking tough questions isn’t easy (we don’t always like the answers), but it’s how I helped Michael Kitces 10x his companies twice in five years. It's how we create those incredible success stories at Limitless. We don't wait for breakdowns; we identify what isn't working and break it on purpose.

This week’s Mojo invites you to find something that isn’t serving you, and break it on purpose. I think you’ll find a bit of creative destruction can be really good for business!

No limits,

Steph

"Is your closing rate over 70%?" That's an amazing closing rate! I'm sure having the marketing tuned in is a huge part of that.
