Sometimes we need some outside perspective and a gentle reminder... "Growth" can mean SO many different things to different people. And yours still counts!
People who believe their success is based on hard work, learning, training, and perseverance are said to have a “growth mindset.”

“You have to apply yourself each day to becoming a little better. By becoming a little better each and every day, over a period of time, you will become a lot better.”-John Wooden

What Is a Growth Mindset?
The growth mindset means that you believe that your talents aren’t fixed, but fluid, constantly in development.
A growth mindset opposes a?fixed mindset, characterized by the belief that one’s skills and talents are fixed traits that cannot be significantly developed or improved upon.
Growth mindset people are permanently improving their intelligence and ability to learn new skills, through hard work, training, and perseverance. They believe that learning doesn’t stop the moment you leave school or university.
They accept and even welcome failure as a means to move forward. The benefits of this particular mindset are substantial. It makes relationships between people much better, working as a team with the knowledge they have to learn together. It reduces quick judgments, thrives on constructive criticism, and involves less stress.
Fixed mindsets have the tendency to go where the least resistance is expected. They tackle the easy stuff first.

People with a growth mindset, however, focus their attention on the hardest parts first. They also tend to see the bigger picture, the end goal and do not get knocked off their feet by some (individual) setbacks or failures.

?Tips to keep in mind while growing:-
1. Embrace the discomfort.?Change is not comfortable, but it is necessary. You cannot become who you are supposed to be by staying exactly the same. The universe has greater plans for you, but to get to that next level, you have to break through where you are at today.
2. Don’t marry your plan.?Many people tend to want to control what and when something happens because this can make the situation easier to manage. But when you let go of your tight grip on the plan, you can allow the plan to shift as opportunities arise. Have a plan, but don’t hold on so tight that you don’t see the opportunities that come your way.
3. Seek out opportunities to shift your perspective.?Growth does not come from doing what you’ve always done. Growth comes from purposely shifting your perspective. Force yourself to see new things, try new things and build a life and business based on experience. Don’t wait for the perspective shift to come to you. Go in search of it.
I believe life is built on the experiences and moments that change us deep inside, not the day-to-day common occurrences. So, the next time something in your world or organization changes, once the immediate frustration or anger subsides, ask yourself two questions.
1.?????? To what other opportunities could this be leading you?
2.?????? For what is this change preparing you?
Life doesn’t happen by accident, and change isn’t fatal. Fear staying in the same place more than you fear change, and embrace the shift. You might be amazed at how it changes you and your path forward.
Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle." - Napoleon Hill
