Just like last year around this time, I was planning a LinkedIn course and watching my wife’s revenue grow month after month. ??
Family revenue says 162% index YoY - it almost matches my financial plan.
During this period, last year, I compiled wins with major clients who began to trust my skills and the relationships I was building with C-level executives and decision-makers at top brands.
In the last 12 months, I launched various courses, classes, and consultancy services.
My wife’s revenue continued to soar, and so did mine.
Despite changing companies, many of my Salesforce colleagues stayed in touch, trusting me and filling me with pride.
Today, I approach projects in Marketing Cloud Engagement, Personalisation, Account Engagement, CRM with much more seniority and confidence. ??

How to Choose Your CRM Strategy Wisely
TL;DR - It’s very important to select the right CRM strategy just as you would for any other business tool.
A good CRM strategy can make or break your efficiency and effectiveness. In other words, some brands I know already paid +3MLN for a CRM & Marketing Stack they use at 10% because no one inside the company knows shit about the platform.
And no one invested in hiring/training the right people for this.

Insight: Many businesses monitor Open Rate, and CTR, and perform A/B testing, but still wonder why they chose their CRM. ??

My Experience: I’ve spent years perfecting CRM strategies and working with top brands to optimize their processes.
I recently held a "Know Your Customer" workshop for a big bank, and they loved it.
Not because I was good at technicalities (though I was), but because I gave them the vision of business growth by leveraging the product capabilities.
99% of the cases business people literally don't understand the product, and (almost) viceversa.
Remember:
- vendors might do the magic, sharing demos in PPT or Figma.
- companies buy the dream and pay millions to system integrators for 10% of what they expected.
- I will make nearly 1 million euros in revenue annually by investing just 300€ a month in my CRM systems. ???
