A little over a year ago, I share my family's very personal journey with depression in a post published by Grown and Flown that went viral. The response was amazing - people were talking about depression and asking for help! We want to keep that discussion going because the shame and stigma around mental health issues keep people from asking for help and they suffer alone in silence.

You never know where your life is going or the amazing things that can come from a difficult experience. Never lose hope. Someone will listen, we just need the courage and support to start the conversation and to ask for help.
