What is?passion? What does growing your career "in passion" look like?

Let's talk about this week's superstar: Noe Huynh.

Noe, which is pronounced in Espa?ol, is SpineZone's very own People & Culture Generalist.

How lucky are we to have such a passionate individual on our People & Culture team.

Noe shared some of his story with us and we are elated to share it with you all. If there is one thing we know about Noe, it's that he eats, sleeps, and breathes his true passions.

Throughout his college years, Noe quickly developed a penchant for labor law and workplace culture. He used to read article after article, case study after case study, on anything related to such a topic. He told us he even reads them now.

You might ask how Noe became so passionate about labor law and workplace culture?

Well, Noe explained it to us like this:

"I found it fascinating how different company practices impacted their business strategy, ROI, PR, employee morale, etc...

Since then, I've dedicated my career to embracing a highly engaged workplace culture as a strategic business partner.?

Noe specializes in benefits administration, derived from being disabled and first generation. He told us he learned a lot about health insurance through hearing the hurdles his parents navigated through during their immigration travels. Noe's parents encountered language barriers while actively learning English. Nonetheless, all of their extremely impressive efforts inspired Noe to pass his knowledge on.

Noe strives to be able to explain benefits in layman terms to each of his peers and employees so that they never have to experience the same challenges his parents did.

Noe truly exhibits passion in all he does.

To further his career, Noe went to school at the UCSD Extension and obtained a certificate in Human Resources Management. He also obtained his PHR and SHRM-CP.

Aside from Noe's professional career, he is passionate about fitness related activities. Noe is currently boxing (non-competitively) and weight lifting. I'm pretty competitive in the kitchen as I've recently grown to love cooking [thanks to Covid-19 making me so bored at home].?

Noe told us his favorite quote of all time is:
