Growing your business from Compound effect.

Growing your business from Compound effect.

?Before into going into how to grow a business from a grounded compund effect. I want to strip it back to the concept of growing and how we can have different ways of growing our lives and business.?

There's a mainstream way to see business. A linear timeline. A growth that goes from 1 to high. A growth that is predictable like a straight line into the skies of online business promises to earn money this way. Is the 10K month from a strategy that when you tried it didn't work for you. ?

The reality of things from an energetic + from a place of healing. This is not true for everyone.

We don't grow the same way. We don't move the same, we don't have the same backgrounds, education, resilience, and emotional intelligence to cope with growing an online business in a high-pressure space where everyone is showing you the shiny easy way to make money.?

There's pressure to perform, to earn, to grow.

And also there is a truth, you are going to grow if you focus on growing. Is a matter of consistency + intention + focus + energetics + embodiment. .?

Growing a business from a grounded space where you can understand the energetics behind the compound effect, gives you inherent trust and peace about what you are doing is working out for you.?

Compound effect

There's a way to grow your business that comes to become the person you want to be in the future, you probably had heard of this.?

So, if you build habits and a life structure that allows you to work, reflect, process, and heal so you can work in your business from a place of knowing.
Knowing who you are, what you are up to, knowing that you are free to choose what works for you, instead of looking for steps by step.?There's peace, silence, and trust.

Growing from a compound effect has to be with the habits you have, the thoughts you believe, the books, ideas you consume. Has to be the person you want to become in your present.?

Through little rituals, reminders, habits, physiology meaning posture, breathing patterns, anxiety levels, and the emotional world.?

If we give input to our system of strong habits that you don't lose even if your life changes you are strong you can make it through the ups and downs of a business, and seasons.?

Growing up in this place allows you to believe in every little tiny step you take because you know you're moving forwards. Is about finding your rhythms of creativity, of selling, resting, healing, and growing.?

Here are some things you can incorporate into your lids so you can build resilience, and a healthy nervous system that doesn't burn out in the seek to grow to the stars.

  1. Put positive input into your life, and good thought feelings into your life intentionally. This means to feeling good music, going to places, and doing things that bring you joy, and doing this intentionally. Is not a self-care thing, it is a lifestyle. You do what makes you happy and do it a lot so you are in a zone of mostly good vibes. (sports, walks, listening to music, dancing while you clean, cooking), lay down, rest and watch through the window, play with your kid, cat, or dog, talk to your friends, see your friends, tell people you love them, go to nature, you get it, all that good stuff that we think are our break from work. You can find pockets of joy in your day, be intentional about it.?

2. Build nonnegotiable of business activities that move the needle for you. And try to get in the flow of them as soon as you can. Networking, creating content, following up, scheduling value calls, or whatever your sales strategy is. Know what you have to do that moves your business forward, and focus on those. Make things easy, choose the way with less resistance.?

3. A schedule that is structured but at the same time with white space works well for me. Having a masculine approach, knowing the steps ahead of the strategy, and at the same time having the space to do things as they flow and feel inspired. This way the structure holds the creativity and flow of the feminine.?

4. Trust. This should be number one. Trusting that every input you are creating, doing, connecting, and reframing is a step forward in the upward spiral timeline that you are choosing to create. Trust that the work you bring is more about you than the content, that is more about what you bring in terms of experience, care, love of what you do, the constant seeking of growth, and the wanting to impact the world positively is everything.?

5. Focus your worth on your humanness instead of a strategy, or how much you earn, is you love yourself deeply enough you'll find that all the value the worth, the transformation you bring to others is rooted in being you, and recognizing your greatness as a human being, with all the talents and learning that you had a process in the past.?

So that's what I can think of for now from this place of creative flow.?What you do think is your growing style? have you noticed the effects of compounding good habits, thougts, feelings, and trust? I would love to hear!

Would you like to grow your business in a grounded way? From a place of peace and trust? If you want to have a strong sense of who you are from your strength, build habits, resilience, and beliefs while allowing the space to heal and process so you can move forward more embodied in your way to grow. Shoot me a DM. Well talk, ill invite you for a call and take things from there if you want to work on growing your business by growing yourself/?
