4 年Gratitude is key ?? indeed for the anxious heart ?? for the broken business and for the unsatisfied soul. I had to learn being thankful like hard core a few years ago when I realised that is the root cause of my anxiety had earlier for a few months. When you realise you just expect things to happen and you start taking it for granted naturally that is a bad sign that you have lack of gratitude. It has changed my whole life learning the way to be thankful and appreciate every small things as they are the big things most of the time!! Inspiring to see your professional summary of it!! Much needed reminder!! Always great to read!! I remember finding an exercise to name 10 things every day I am grateful for. Can recommend it for everyone!!

4 年Gratitude brings more blessings while ungratefulness may be one of the cause for losing for being deprived of bounty. That is not necessarily applicable in terms of quantity. What I am referring to is more in terms of quality. For example, a grateful "poor" person (financially that is) will enjoy the "little" he/she has while an unfrateful "rich" will be bored of having "too much". For example, it is possible to see big smiles on a person walking bear foot while seeing a frown on person riding a luxurious jet.
