A growing number of teachers are leaving the profession. Why is this happening?
It's a sad reality that teachers leave the profession due to poor student behaviour in the classroom. Students can make or break a teacher's career, and unfortunately, when things go wrong, the teacher often pays the price. Unruly behaviour, disrespect, and lack of support from school leaders can all lead to teachers leaving the profession.
Teachers serve as cornerstones of our education system. They shape our children's lives and prepare them for the future. But when their students don't respect them, it becomes incredibly difficult to do their job. We need to do more to ensure teachers are supported and respected in the classroom. We must foster an environment of respect and understanding between teachers and students so that everyone can learn and grow together.
Let's take a stand and make sure our teachers are not forced out of the profession due to poor student behaviour.
Let's make sure our teachers have the support and respect they need to do their job.

4 个月I've been assaulted 3 times in five years in my district I can't go back. I am looking exhaustively for something else before school starts. I will bow out graciously.
