5G providers are challenged to rollout new solutions lacking the right collaboration to create some massive and spectacular opportunities to deliver the best of experience to the customer. The idea is to keep the customer at the center of happenings and reverse engineer.

Essentially, it's about looking at our own products and services through the customer lenses even though it is 5G. It is more than ever critical due to fact that they are hyper-dynamic in nature owing to the busy lifestyles, health aspects, tastes and agility. With evolving number of use cases on the ground benefiting the holistic human development and wellbeing, different businesses must rethink customer and reinvent their growth empowered by 5G offerings.
