There are many ways you can grow your business. You only have to choose which way works for your case. Some people prefer the marketing way, others prefer the more sales option while the last group prefers to acquire other businesses.?

Let's take an example of a Laundry business that grows from making a 40M yearly turnover to 80M. The number of employees grows from 12 to 25. You realize it does not matter which of the three options they take. The investments of money, time, resources, and level of difficulty will be the same.
The real question you have to ask yourself is how long should it take to achieve this growth. Does my company culture support the path I choose?
