Grow Yourself to Grow Your Relationships

One of the effects from the lockdowns and the continuous focus of the news has been increased levels of emotions like fear and anxiety. You might be tempted to fall into old patterns and let anxiety drive you into wondering about what the future holds for you and your relationships.

While our society promotes emotions like fear and anxiety, those emotions are taxing to hold in your system for an extended amount of time. The great thing is that you have the ability to change how you feel at any time! The first step is to be aware of it.

Hoping and wishing for it to go away on its own is a sure way to keep it alive in you and to bring it into your relationships. What you are feeling, others will feel in you. The more intimate the relationship, the more that the other will feel it deeply and perhaps even absorb it.

Perhaps this past period of time was in part for you to face whatever that you have been holding in your life. Ultimately, fear comes from a belief system that convinced you that you are separate from the Divine. That you are separate from Source. When you fully remember that God lives inside of you, and that you are always taken care of, is there anything to fear?

Take this time as an opportunity to strengthen your faith and trust in the Truth as well as with your partner. Open the dialogue to permit each other to share where you are holding any emotions other than your highest choice around one another or the world at large. Chart a course to grow together and see your love grow.

Remember that you co-create all of your circumstances. You are writing the narrative of your life. If you are feeling anxiety with others at work, with family, and in partnership, it’s okay. It’s simply a signal that there are some upgrades ready to come through.
