Many of us 'repress' what we consider to be our less acceptable traits. This can make us appear to lack depth and emotional range. We're drawn to people who are self aware and emotionally expressive. We see such people as 'confident' and 'free'. But what we're really responding to is them being in full flow, in alignment with themselves.
Most of the time we don't think about whether we're in alignment or not, because we're too busy living our lives. This is why taking a step back and investing into ourselves and the high value relationships we have with trusted others, is so important in terms of our ability to connect with and inspire our ideal clients too.
The good news is that becoming Connected To Self benefits us in so many ways. It helps us identify and overcome our limiting beliefs, stories and behaviours, to become the most magnetically irresistible version of ourselves. A passionate leader and authority that others want to choose first.
