In 2017 I began moving through a profound transformation. I learned how to tap into my intuition. I did the work to realign not only my work in the world, but also my approach to living my life.

By tuning in to what is really going on, you can gain clarity on what’s really holding you back.
2. Clearing the Blocks: Once you’ve identified what’s been weighing you down, it’s time to let it go. Whether through meditation, journaling, or breathwork, you can begin to release what no longer serves you. This process helps you make room for new opportunities, new insights, and clears space to bring in new thoughts and ideas.
3. Action & Strategy: With the blocks cleared, you’re ready to take action—but this time, from a place of alignment. When your energy is clear, the strategies you create and the decisions you make are more powerful, more intuitive, and more effective. This is where the magic happens—where practical strategy meets inner alignment, and you begin to thrive - free from doubt, worry or blocks.
