Grow Fresh Produce Agents is proud to announce the appointment of Angelo Gregory Petersen as Chairperson and Director of our Board, effective November 2024. Angelo brings a wealth of leadership experience, industry knowledge, and a deep commitment to values that align with Grow’s mission.?

With an impressive career spanning over three decades, Angelo has held influential roles across the agricultural and corporate sectors. His portfolio includes serving as Chairperson at Capespan Farms SA (Pty) Ltd and Capespan Namibia, Member of the Board of Advisors at Thebe Investment Corporation Food Services Division, Non-Executive Director at HortGro, and Chairperson of the National Agricultural Marketing Council. Angelo also leads Petropulos Advisory Services as its CEO, underscoring his extensive leadership credentials.?

During his 20-year tenure at Capespan, Angelo excelled as Head of Global HR & Corporate Services and served as a Subsidiary Board Director. He has also held positions as Non-Executive Director at Wesgro and Chairperson of the Board of APAC for nearly seven years. His academic background includes advanced studies in leadership, strategy execution, and human resources at Stellenbosch University, along with his association with the Center for Creative Leadership.?
