Grow, Challenge, Transform: 4 Leaders Graduate from L&D Excellence Accelerated Development Program

Among the many competencies that are skillfully developed through training programs at URC, leadership has always been an area that we place much value in. The URC Learning and Development team participates in this vision of further building up our leaders, and thus offers leadership development programs that are tailored to their unique goals and needs across business units. This program aims to unlock leadership potential and shift mindsets toward lasting impacts in the organization.?

The Leadership Excellence Accelerated Development Program (LEAD) finished its successful run last June 10 after 6 unique modules that were launched in January this year. The program strategically cultivates the capabilities of high-potential leaders (JG13+) by immersing them in a curriculum centered around the principles of design thinking and change management. 4 LEAD graduates accomplished modules on Communicating Like a Storyteller, Anchoring with Resilience, Leading Organizational Change, Designing Meaningful Strategies, Risk Management, and 4 Essential Roles of Leadership.??
