Groupe St-Henri Inc acquires the eight branches of Groupe Volvo Mack Montreal and Centre du Camion Ste-Marie

MONTREAL, Oct. 17, 2022 ?- Groupe St-Henri Inc. (GSH) announces the acquisition of eight branches of Group Volvo Mack Montreal Dealership, which includes the branch of Volvo Montreal, Mack Laval, Les Coteaux, Boucherville and Centre du Camion Ste-Marie Dealership branches of Ste-Hyacinthe, Cowansville, St-Remi and Drummondville.

GSH is one of the largest semi-trailer distributors in Quebec and Ontario and is recognized for its expertise and superior service.

"This strategic investment completes our product portfolio, adding the sale and service of heavy trucks to those of semi-trailers, thus bringing together all the rolling stock needed by trucking companies," said Michel Larocque, President of GSH. In this spirit of continuity, all employees of the Volvo Mack Group team will remain employed by the company, which also intends to hire new technicians to support the Group's growth projects.

Customers will also be able to continue to count on a management team that they know well, with Jean-Francois Bibeau as vice-president and general manager; Ronald Henry as the service's vice president; Jean Massimetti as vice-president of sales; Denis Diotte as vice-president of parts; Ann Noseworthy as Chief Financial Officer; while Daniel Grenier, a GSH veteran, will serve as Executive Vice President.

GSH will now be able to serve an even larger territory, pursue its growth plan and benefit from increased notoriety in the heavy vehicle industry.

GSH can now count on 380 employees in it’s team, spread over 11 branches and service workshops, a 24/7 call center, 28 mobile service units and 3 mechanical inspection centers mandated by the Société de l'assurance automobile du Quebec (SAAQ).
