Salary: ￡65,000 per annum

We are seeking a Group Finance Manager to join a prestigious and growing collection of restaurants. With locations across London, including Borough, King’s Cross, and Shoreditch, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial future of a dynamic business. As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will oversee financial operations, ensure robust controls, deliver insightful analysis, and drive seamless reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile weekly sales across all revenue streams.
• Manage period-end F&B stock and creditor reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Maintain AR and AP ledgers, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
• Oversee the fixed asset register and capex schedules for new ventures.
• Assist in annual budgeting and mid-year reforecasting processes.
• Enhance internal controls and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Align financial goals with growth plans to ensure sustainable success.
• Support ad hoc projects such as system implementations or report preparation.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience—hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site finances in a senior finance role.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
