A group of enthusiastic individuals from our London office had the privilege of volunteering with The Felix Project, and what a day it was!

The Felix Project , one of our new charity partners, stands as a beacon of hope against the backdrop of food waste and insecurity. With remarkable support from their corporate partners, food suppliers, donors, and volunteers like us, The Felix Project achieves remarkable feats in rescuing surplus food and redistributing it to those in need.

During our time volunteering, we contributed to packing over 3,500 meals, utilising produce that would otherwise have been discarded. Additionally, we had the opportunity to assist in prepping produce, including cutting up tens of cauliflowers and broccoli. It was a day filled with camaraderie, purpose, and, most importantly, making a meaningful impact!

Reflecting on our experience, we left feeling fulfilled, knowing that our efforts directly supported such a worthy cause. The Felix Project not only nourishes bodies, but also nurtures communities through its commitment to reducing food waste and combating hunger.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in making this volunteering opportunity possible, and we look forward to continuing our support for The Felix Project and similar initiatives in the future.
