Groundbreaking ceremony of Century Development Group's New York Northern Tower on August 26, 2020

August 26, 2020 marked a monumental day for Century Development Group! The New York Northern Tower celebrated its groundbreaking on site on Wednesday, August 26, 2020. George Xu of Century Development Group and Century NYC Regional Center invited over 20 selected guests to attend this ceremony. 

The Northern Tower is a mixed-use 13-story high rise to be located on the Northern Blvd in downtown Flushing. It will boast a variety of high-end facilities. Westin Hotel with its 244 hotel rooms, will occupy the second through ninth floors in this building. It will be the first 5-star hotel in Flushing and the entire borough of Queens, New York City. The Northern Tower Luxury Residence will contain 46 high-end condominium units with stunning panoramic views of Manhattan from the tenth to thirteenth floors of the high rise. With full-service amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, meeting and conference rooms, catering and banquet halls, business center, and other services. The New York Northern Tower will set a new bar for luxury living in Flushing. 

The entire local community is excited and is eagerly waiting for the Northern Tower as this will for sure change the skyline of downtown Flushing.
