Since 2000AD global warming is 4x more dominated by H2O=DiHydrogenMonOxide=WaterVapor ...If it was 1x dominated by CO2=CarbonDioxide before 2000AD

For H2O=Water to escape from the cloud cover without precipitation, the only way out is from evaporating clouds to bleu sky greenhouse gas.

Water vapor always has been the number 1 in the ranking of greenhouse gasses as water vapor absorbs almost all photon wavelengths from 1 micron to 70 micron including both short wave direct solar irradiation and also long wave earth out radiation.

Water vapor in the atmosphere is divided over :

1) BSWV="Bleu Sky Water Vapor" making global warming

2) The clouds making global SummerCooling+WinterWarming and precipitation.

Water vapor concentration (gram water vapor per kg air) in the bleu sky has been rising over the past half century by +0,4g/kg=+0,4ppd=+400ppm.

Over the same time periode CO2 has been rising from 325ppm to 425 ppm so +100ppm

So water vapor as a greenhouse gas is rising +400ppm/+100ppm=4x faster than the measured global CO2 rise.

As a result global warming enthalpy is now also rising 4x faster than before.

So since 2000AD, global warming is dominated by H2O=DiHydrogenMonOxide=WaterVapor if it was dominated by CO2 before 2000AD.

But relative humidity is going down.

And cloud cover making precipitation is going down.

So the land is getting dry again after 500 years of pluvial with sinking groundwater now as a result.
