Project Overview

The project is for a governmental organization in the public sector and focuses on maintaining and enhancing an internal application that manages all its activities. This platform stores and organizes critical information, including legislative initiatives, proposals, and meeting schedules. It is designed to facilitate the workflow of deputies, allowing them to submit and manage key political processes efficiently.?

Developer Role

The GRiT Consultant is responsible for maintaining and expanding the application. The role involves:

• Working primarily with .NET Framework, C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Ensuring the platform remains operational and adding new features as requested by the client.
• Balancing maintenance work with the development of new functionalities, depending on client priorities.
• Navigating the complexities of parliamentary procedures, which include nuanced rules and bureaucratic constraints.

The team follows a collaborative approach, although day-to-day coding tasks for this application are handled by a dedicated two-person team from GRiT. Additional features and changes are subject to approval processes within the client’s organization, reflecting the traditional and methodical mindset of a governmental organization.
