Will Grindle to take over as CEO of Ascend Wireless Networks
WINTER GARDEN, Florida, January 6th, 2023?-?Will Grindle is taking over as CEO of Ascend Wireless Networks. Will has been with the company since the beginning, and over these last 10 years, has been a dedicated part of Ascend’s growth.
This new leadership role will allow for a more focused effort as Ascend continues its mission to serve, expand and transform this ever-evolving industry.?Will says his goal is “to make ASCEND a purpose-driven, turnkey vendor and partner for the wireless providers in the Southeastern US by being a company where everyone belongs and thrives.?We can do this by leading with excellence and working with dignity, pride, and generosity.”
The future of Ascend will continue to have a positive impact upon its teammates. Will goes on to say that he is committed to “helping one another win at home and win at work. As Will moves into the CEO role, he says “I’ll be working to round out a new executive team and board of directors to help guide us on this journey of growth.?That will help me to get out of the weeds and pave the runway for our path forward.?My goal is to work on the business and not in the business so that I can steward what God has given us in the wisest way possible.”
