Gregory Manoj’s 20-Year Odyssey at Allsec

Gregory has been part of our company for over 20 years. Here, we are looking back on the past two decades of his life at Allsec.

“I joined Allsec in 2003 and hoped to stay for only six months. Now, I have finished 20 years with my extended family. That is how much they have grown on me.?

?Allsec provides a growth opportunity like no other. After a year of joining, I was working on multiple campaigns. As a result of this learning experience and my performance, the training team chose me to become a trainer. Today I head the very first department I was reporting to in Allsec. Challenges have been plentiful, and I love that about working at Allsec. It always gets me to step out of my comfort zone and go for the big wins.

When Allsec was planning to expand, it allowed us the opportunity to set up the entire operations infrastructure at a new facility. Inculcating the values of leadership, integrity, ethics, and giving importance to learning by doing is what Allsec is all about. The change in management and how we have adopted the newer systems so seamlessly goes to show how we have matured to handle and adapt to an ever-changing environment.

Our leaders, managers, and superiors have not only patiently taught us but have also been empathetic every step of the way. This is because we strongly believe in our IJP policy.

Seeing Allsec grow from a small 100-capacity company to bagging a 1 million dollar revenue mark milestone was like making a statement that we are in the big league.?Our personal ownership of work, process, and the team have led us to success.

A piece of wisdom for our future employees is to have goals every step of the way. And, never fail to learn from experiences, as it is the greatest teacher of all.
