GREF - Global Real Estate & Facilities Management, PNG partners with OPEX Digital Contracts, Australia to fully automate Real Estate Conveyance Contracts for Papua New Guinea.

GREF, the Real Estate Property tech pioneer in PNG, has today announced its collaborative partnership with OPEX Digital Contracts, the Real Estate Property Tech Firm, brings OPEX's Digital Contracts, automating contract workflows for the Real Estate Industry.

Under this collaborative partnership, GREF will integrate OPEX's automated cloud-based infrastructure into existing workflows for large scale Real Estate Projects, Law Firms, Financial Industries and Real Estate Agents in Papua New Guinea, so that each real estate transaction is fast, safe and efficient. The cloud based platform used by Law firms, Developers, Real Estate Agents and Financiers to manage the entire process of off-the-plan and projects sales in Australia is now available to Papua New Guinea.

The platform supports the preparation, electronic signing and exchange of contracts, quickly and securely. Users get real-time visibility over project sales and can manage the entire sales and digital contract lifecycle, including ID verification for buyers. Each Digital Contract is followed by an audit trail and tracking so that Digital Contracts are authenticated online.

OPEX won the PEXA Property Exchange Australia Innovate Awards in 2020.

As part of the partnership, GREF is also the first PNG Property Tech - Digital Contract provider for Real Estate Conveyance, to announce its delivery of OPEX in the country to its customers and partnering businesses.

The new Conveyance Digital Contract system is now available to both consumers and businesses.
