1. Oxygen makes you younger ( https://dailym.ai/3njdYMe ): Considering that my beauty regime comprises furious splashes of water on the face, twice a day, this one was a god send. Have been inhaling lung-fuls of oxygen in neighbouring parks/city forests, every day, for a couple of hours. Am not sure if it made my skin young, but the walks certainly made me feel youthful.
Money saved on ocean-killing, toxin leaching, hormone altering cosmetic products!
2. Greener areas make you smarter (https://bit.ly/38iEcKe): Other than reading, I have not invested in becoming smarter at all. Instead, I have surrounded myself with plants inside home, in the balcony and trees all over the street in front. Planted loads of jamuns, neem and bakain this monsoon. I can feel my grey cells rapidly increasing, as a result.

3. Bird sounds and pay raises give you same happiness (https://bit.ly/3rXzVnx ): Bird sounds have always made me very happy and pay raises, not as much. But I understand the intent of the article. The year has made me sad many times. And listening to the oriental magpie robin singing or the tailorbird waking us up with a loud chee, has certainly made it all bearable.
