The Green and Red flags for me in Praxis
When I attended Praxis, I had high expectations for an event that promised a unique blend of insightful sessions and networking opportunities with industrial leaders. As I reflect on my experience, I can certainly say that Praxis delivered on several fronts, but it also left room for improvement in a few key areas.
What I Liked About Praxis:
Timeliness: One of the standout aspects of Praxis was its impeccable timeliness. Every session and event started right on schedule, and there was no lagging whatsoever. This punctuality allowed attendees to make the most of their time, ensuring a seamless and efficient flow of information throughout the event. It was refreshing to see such a commitment to respecting the participants' time.
Well-Organized Registration Desk: The registration process can often be a cumbersome ordeal at large events, but Praxis had a well-arranged registration desk. This made the initial check-in process quick and hassle-free. It's a small detail, but it significantly contributed to the overall positive experience.
Interaction with Industry Leaders: Praxis lived up to its promise of providing a platform for meaningful interactions with industrial leaders. I had the opportunity to engage with experts and professionals from various fields, which was invaluable for networking and gaining insights into the latest industry trends. These interactions were both inspiring and educational.
Food and Accommodation: Praxis took care of the attendees' comfort and sustenance needs exceptionally well. The quality of food and accommodation was commendable. This attention to detail in providing comfortable lodging and delicious meals undoubtedly added to the overall enjoyment of the event.

What I Didn't Like About Praxis:
Temperature in the Central Hall: One significant drawback during my time at Praxis was the high temperature in the central hall where many sessions were held. The discomfort caused by the cold was distracting and made it challenging to fully engage in the discussions and presentations.
Excessive Use of Paper: Praxis, like many events, relied heavily on printed materials, such as food coupons. In an era where sustainability and environmental consciousness are paramount, the excessive use of paper seems wasteful. A move towards digital alternatives or more eco-friendly practices would align better with current environmental concerns.
Missed Sessions Due to a Tight Schedule: One of the most disappointing aspects of my Praxis experience was missing out on several sessions that I was genuinely interested in attending. The event schedule was so tightly packed that it often became challenging to move between sessions.
In conclusion, Praxis was an event that had its fair share of strengths and weaknesses. The commitment to timeliness, well-organized registration, and the opportunity to interact with industry leaders were definite highlights. On the flip side, the discomfort caused by the temperature in the central hall, the lack of fixed registration timings, the excessive use of paper, and the challenge of managing a tight schedule were notable downsides. Despite the drawbacks, Praxis served as a valuable platform for learning, networking, and professional growth, and with a few adjustments, it has the potential to become even more remarkable in the future.
