Welcome to Crain's New York Top Stories. This week, we're taking a deep dive into congestion pricing and what's next now that it has the official go-ahead.
New York made history this week when it became the first U.S. city to pass congestion pricing. The ambitious toll program is expected to launch in mid-June, though lawsuits against it are still pending.?
