Our Green Image - Part VII of iClassical's Story
Over the years, our team has been very creative and constantly developed new projects. One of them is particularly successful: the musiMentor program that offers artists and teachers the opportunity to create an online course or more. They thus become part of our community and benefit from iClassical Academy's image, experience, and global marketing effort.
Recently, we wanted to be even more innovative and enter the world of NFTs with its cryptocurrencies. So we worked hard for six months and developed attractive products. However, we were somewhat worried about our "green" image because NFTs require much energy.
Fortunately, we found a solution with a shallow need for energy. And because we wanted to avoid the speculation problem associated with most cryptocurrencies, we chose a stablecoin to hope that a linkage to the US$ would be safe. But, as everybody now knows, even stablecoins can go bust! So even though the European Union is now setting rules for those currencies, we dropped the project. It was felt that most people had lost confidence in this parallel world.
Young People Live Faster!
Our frustrated and frustrating experience with NFTs was a search for alternatives to music streaming and an effort to make classical music more attractive. Many people are worried that only the older generation goes to concerts or watches them on TV.
Young people live faster! Concert organizers have tried to "modernize" events with little success. This is a drama for musicians because the number of orchestras is limited, and not every artist would like to work in a music school or struggle to find private students.

Some great artists have combined talent with glamour (Yuja Wang, for example). While some spectators love the show, others have their doubts. In any case, it is not enough to attract crowds or to encourage artists to follow the same route.
Young people want immediate satisfaction and have little patience for lengthy pieces of music. However, we believe we might have a modest solution to attract some of them. More on it when it has been tested!
