  • Thick yogurt (Greek or regular): 60 g
  • Cumin Whole: 5 g
  • Sugar: 5 g
  • Salt: 7 gm or to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the greens: Wash the coriander and mint leaves thoroughly, removing any stems from the mint.
  2. Blend the base: In a blender, add the coriander, mint leaves, garlic, ginger, and green chilies.
  3. Add the liquids: Pour in the lemon juice and yogurt for creaminess and tang.
  4. Season and balance flavors: Sprinkle in chaat masala, sugar, and salt.
