Green Energy Cycle: EGE’s 1.6MW Solar Rooftop Fuels Sustainable Production

Green Energy Cycle: EGE’s 1.6MW Solar Rooftop Fuels Sustainable Production

Introduction

Eco Green Energy (EGE) is proud to announce the completion of a groundbreaking project at our factory, integrating green energy solutions to significantly enhance our sustainable production processes. This initiative reflects our commitment to environmental stewardship and the advancement of sustainable production by using renewable energy to produce renewable energy products. EGE focuses on optimizing energy use in manufacturing, a commitment validated by ISO 14001 certificate and low carbon footprint certificate issued by Certisolis, reflecting our adherence to rigorous environmental standards.

Project Information

Eco Green Energy has successfully completed the power station project at the EGE Global R&D and Production Center on July 1st, powering our factory with green energy. This project significantly contributes to our sustainability goals by fulfilling one-third of our energy needs. The project boasts a capacity of 1.6MW and an estimated average annual power generation of 1.8 million kWh over 25 years. Spanning approximately 11,500 square meters, this industrial and commercial PV power station project represents a key development focus for EGE. With strong market and policy support, and our commitment to superior product quality and services, EGE has consistently achieved remarkable results in sustainable energy production.

EGE’s Effort in Sustainable Production

Optimizing energy consumption is crucial for sustainable production. Our recent 1.6MW rooftop solar installation demonstrates how solar energy can meet substantial portions of our factory’s energy needs, showcasing our commitment to sustainable practices.

Our dedication to sustainable production is further validated by achieving ISO 14001 certificate and Certisolis low carbon footprint certification. ISO 14001 certifies that we meet international standards for effective environmental management systems, focusing on efficient resource use and waste reduction. Certisolis certification, specific to the photovoltaic industry, evaluates the lifecycle impact of our products, ensuring they meet high standards for quality, performance, and environmental sustainability.

By integrating renewable energy and adhering to these rigorous standards, EGE not only reduces its environmental impact but also sets a benchmark for sustainable manufacturing in the solar industry.

Conclusion

EGE remains steadfast in its commitment to sustainable production, continuously seeking innovative ways to reduce our environmental impact and enhance our production processes. Our ongoing efforts and dedication to environmental stewardship ensure that we will continue to lead the way in creating a greener, more sustainable future.
