Green Drives is back in May! We will once again be at Powering Chicago 's IBEW-NECA Technical Institute in Alsip, IL.

This event is for commercial and government fleets,community leaders, and the public to learn from and network with experts at the national and regional levels alternative fuels and electric vehicle best practices, solutions, resources, and technologies.

Chicago Auto Show started Saturday, February 8 and ends Monday, February 17

The 2025 Chicago Auto Show is finally here!

Attend to see hundreds of featured vehicles from over two dozen manufacturers. This year, the show will feature multiple EV models, including a Kia Worldwide Niro, Chevrolet Blazer, GMC Sierra, Lexus RZ, and many more. Hybrid vehicles include a Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. Urus, Jeep Wrangler, Toyota Motor Corporation 4Runner, and others.

ComEd is also hosting the Chicago Drives Electric indoor EV test track. This year, there are two tracks to test drive on. Attendees have the opportunity to get inside the latest EVs to experience the power of electrified vehicles. In addition to the ride-alongs, consumers can learn more about what EV ownership entails from product experts and other supporting partners like ComEd.

Work Truck Week is March 4-7, 2025, in Indianapolis

Work Truck Week, hosted by NTEA – The Work Truck Association? , runs March 4-7, 2025, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. This premier event showcases the latest commercial vehicle innovations, industry-focused education, and networking with top engineering representatives.

Green Truck Summit, an extension of Work Truck Week, takes place March 4 at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. It features expert-led sessions on advanced vehicle technologies and alternative fuels, supporting sustainability and efficiency in the work truck industry.

Each year, IACT collects alternative fuel fleet data from stakeholders to compile a coalition report highlighting Illinois' clean transportation progress.

Get a FREE 2025 IACT Membership! Complete the annual fleet survey, and one representative from your organization will receive a free membership.

Who Should Participate?

The survey is intended for any stakeholder with alternative fuel vehicles, advanced technology vehicles, alternative fueling stations, idle reduction technologies or policies to reduce vehicle miles traveled (such as carpooling, public transit or telecommuting programs).
