Last week, Venn Construction hosted the 2024 Venn Superintendent Bootcamp at our main office in Scottsdale. In an effort to give our superintendents access to the newest lines of thinking, to affirm our safety standards, and to run projects in the most efficient manner, we brought in Darlene Cadman from Weft Strategies LLC to speak to our staff about Lean Concepts on jobsites. Our superintendents engaged in an interactive workshop with Darlene, followed by 4 separate breakout sessions each focused on ways to improve and reaffirm quality jobsite management.
