I found a beautiful little 1850's farmhouse...It may look like Green Acres to you, but being a carpenter, I need a fixer upper... 

I'm looking to finish my haunted beach house this year, and move there.  Some property for my 4 wonderful dogs, a big barn and pasture for a pair of  horses.  A Fresian stallion for my amazing and truly inspirational partner Tammy, and a big old Clydesdale for me.  I'm hoping to rescue the Clydesdale at a horse auction.

I'd like to build a nice comfortable wood shop with the help of some Mennonite friends, and make tables and other wood projects for 5 or 6 months of the year.

The other goal is to free up more time to live. 

 ( Call me crazy, but it doesn't matter to me to win the rat race...you're still a rat.)

Kevin Tait -I'd love to see pictures of your progress. I love your work. I'd also like to know more of the story behind it being haunted....
