Original Poem - Through Hell & Back

Through fire and brimstone, I have walked

Through rivers of tears, I have talked

Through darkness and despair, I have fought

Through every trial, I have wrought

My soul was scorched by the flames of pain

My heart was shattered by the weight of shame

My spirit was crushed by the burden of blame

But I refused to let them claim

My will to live, my will to thrive

My hope for better days to arrive

My faith in a power beyond the strife

That kept me going through the night

And now I stand on solid ground

With scars that tell a story profound

Of resilience, of strength, of being unbound

By the forces that once had me drowned

For I have been to hell and back

And though the journey was rough and black

I emerged victorious, with nothing to lack

For I am still standing, and that's a fact.
