Is greatness ahead for you?

How much do you want it? The formula for success starts with you and your vision of greatness.

Losing in business is almost assured if you fail to recognise your unmet needs – also know as goals. Understanding what drives you and what keeps you at your best are two of the biggest keys to ongoing success. Tap into them and it can help kill procrastination and increase capability.

Why? Because when you wake up with your unmet needs burning deep inside distractions don’t matter. It is the ultimate motivator for behaviour. You need to always have something in front of you that forces you to strive for greatness, that pushes you to the next level and lets you win time and time again.

I believe in a better tomorrow and that each day you have the opportunity to create a bigger future than your past. So what are your unmet needs?

It’s up to you to take responsibility for the pace and growth of your business, no one else. But you don’t need to be lonely in business. Have a vision for a business where you have an executive assistant to run your business, and a co-agent who can list and sell with you, so you can holiday and still have a business.

Are you playing a big enough game, and how is the game you’re playing working?

You need to work your pipeline and review it. Review meetings work because the fortune’s in the follow-up. For 30 minutes every week, stop, collaborate and listen. Understand where your customers are at and what can you do to progress them.

The concept of the pipeline is that you're supposed to have a list of potential sellers, that you progress through a series of steps until they make the decision to sell their property and select you as their agent.

Keep this list with you everywhere you go – even if it’s in the notes section of your phone. Work it, grow it, pour over it at every opportunity - it's the future of your business after all.

Remember: This is your business and it's your systems, methodology and approaches that set you apart from the pack.

I can't believe people make money out of this, let alone people attending and paying for these sessions. You either want it or you don't. It's that easy!! Why do you need to attend a session to gain self belief that you can achieve great things.. everyone can do it, it's just down to the all important question you should be ask yourself every day when you wake up. How much do I want it? And that's where it starts or ends. There is known major formula it's all down to you.
