"The Greatest Superpower in LUCK": Stan Lee the man who was blessed with luck.

Stan Lee created some of our childhood heroes making them fallible & believable with the thought "With great power comes Great responsibility."

Thank you for being the Cameo King & making us wait to see where you would come in in each Marvel creation. A life well lived . On Children's Day I thought it befitting to remember the creator , thank him & MARVEL at his creative genius. Here's my tribute to a man who has kept the child in me still alive whether I am reading a comic or watching a Marvel film :

A debut in 1941 your creation came in as a filler.

Creations you brought in aplenty each a sureshot winner.

The Destroyer is your first superhero,

The Fantastic Four moved to the top like there is no morrow.

You used an art form called comics

Captured the visual space with perfect Economics

A Life so simple , A dream so believable,

The goal was always conceivable.

A fan of Hardy boys, your journey started out with not much of a noise,

An errand boy at Timely comics, you stayed on as it became Marvel,

Writing stories, romances & superhero tales that were all so colourful

Spiderman , Hulk , Iron Man, Black Panther,

Wolverine, Captain America did not have all answers

Misfits, flawed but they were always concerned about others' well-being,

No reward they craved for but do what they do simply because they are caring

Thus defining for us what a true Superhero should be ,

Doing right because it must be done & that is how we must be.

Ambiguity, Commonality & Humour stressing no one is Zero

Good & bad we all have , Entertainment is all we crave

"Your motto is 'Excelsior' i.,e 'upward and onward to greater glory.'

Life is filled with challenges & each one owns his /her story.

"Keep moving forward, and if it's time to go, it's time. Nothing lasts forever."

Very true, very right is your belief. Life is after all a memorable endeavour.
