This is the Greatest Show

So tell me, do you wanna go? / Where it's covered in all the colored lights / Where the runaways are running the night / Impossible comes true, it's taking over you / Oh, this is the greatest show / We light it up, we won't come down / And the sun can't stop us now / Watching it come true, it's taking over you / Oh, this is the greatest show

There's something intoxicating about the collective struggle before a big product launch. Those final weeks where you're pushing to get everything just right—it's a grind, but it's where true bonds are forged.

I'm feeling that energy right now as Archer prepares to unveil our next major release - our Spring 2024 Launch. Over 6+ months of development, fueled by 2 years of client insights, all aimed at creating the most connected and intuitive CRE deal analysis platform out there.

My team sports experiences taught me a lot about this at UCLA. Sure, I remember most of the wins and losses, but it's the "hell month" pre-season workouts, the team training trips, and the privilege of being one of the last 4 teams in the country still practicing the week of NCAAs… those shared experiences built something more meaningful.

I've been lucky to work on startups for the past 15 years, and it's always those intense final pushes that stick with me. The last 10% is where the magic happens – or doesn't. It's a crucible.

But then… seeing those seemingly impossible ideas, sketched on napkins months ago, come to life in the real world – that's what makes it all worth it. That's why I love being an entrepreneur.

To my Archer 2.0 Spring Launch team: I salute you!

Impossible comes true, it's taking over you
